Delivery charges

Standard UK Delivery Costs are broken down into 3 categories, small, medium & large, and are costed as follows:-

Additional delivery charges are applicable if you require delivery before 9.30 am or before 12 noon, as follows:-

Before 9.30 a.m.

+ £7.00

Before 12 noon

+ £5.00

If you require your goods delivered by one of the above time slots, please telephone Lusty Lloyd Loom on 01608 682 715 within 24 hours of placing your order. Unless we hear to the contrary all goods will be dispatched on our standard service.

We can quote for overseas delivery on request

Delivery information

Normally delivery is within 14 working days of receipt of your order, however, we aim to improve upon this wherever possible. Please see our terms and conditions, for exceptions.

When your products are ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time. We deliver Monday to Friday, and goods ordered on our standard UK delivery service should be delivered by 3 p.m. If we have agreed a delivery date and slot, and you are out when we arrive, we can reschedule a delivery for the next available date, however there may be a further charge for this.
